The department responded to a reported car fire on Amherst Rd. Upon arrival found vehicle to be overheated and no fire. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Time of Call: 1:57pm on October 16th, 2010

The department responded to an Amherst Rd. residence for a reported toaster fire. Upon arrival found that the appliance had been removed from the home. Inspection of the residence found no other concerns.

Time of Call: 8:05pm on October 3rd, 2010

The department responded to a report of a car fire on Route 202. Upon arrival found vehicle to be over heated and no fire. All units placed back in service.

Time of Call: 6:44pm on September 6th, 2010

The department responded mutual aid with a tanker to 154 Gulf Road in Belchertown for a structure fire. Pelham Fire on scene for approx. 2 hours.

Time of Call: 12:41pm on August 15th, 2010

The department responded along with nine fire departments to Long Plain Rd. in Leverett for a structure fire. Crews were on the scene for about 3.5 hours.

Time of Call: Approx. 6pm on May 4th, 2010

The department responded to the area of 320 Amherst Rd. for report of a motor vehicle rollover. One patient was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The Amherst Fire Dept. also responded to this incident with an ambulance.

Time of Call: 4:15pm on May 5th, 2010

The department responded to Enfield Rd. for report of power lines down from a tree falling across the road. WMECO was called to repair the lines.

Time of Call: 5:44pm on April 29th, 2010

The department was called to the town of New Salem, MA with Tanker-1 to provide water support for a large brush fire.

Time of Call: 2:45pm on April 29th 2010

The department responded to the area of 3 Amherst Rd. for report of a transformer fire. Personnel provided traffic assistance while electric crews from WMECO repaired the lines.

Time of Call: 6:21pm on March 13th, 2010

The department responded to the area of 197 N. Valley Rd. to remove a fallen tree from the road.
