The department responded to the Elementary School for a fire alarm activation. Investigation revealed a issue with a heat detector. Building maintenance on scene, unable to reset system. Firefighters conducted firewatch until problem was fixed at 11:16am.

The department responded to a residence for a report of smoke backing up into the residence from a pellet stove. The fuel was removed from the stove and smoke ventilated from the home.

The department along with Amherst Fire Dept. Ambulance responded to a reported two car motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival found no vehicles or accident.
